Juggling sticks to reset my workday

In the middle of coding or phone calls, I stand up, bounce one stick between two others and give my brain about a minute somewhere else.

I could be deep in my work: coding, phone calls, whatever it may be. Then my brain just needs a break, so I grab my juggling sticks.

I stand up and move around. My juggling sticks are two sticks that I hold, plus a central stick that I bounce back and forth between the two in my hands. I can do flips and helicopter moves and spins and blah, blah, blah.

It's a great way to focus my brain on something else for about a minute. Then I've reset my brain.

So, juggling sticks help me juggle more work.
