I can't make ham and cheese quiche, but I sure know how to eat it
I rarely remember to order it, and it's not even on my top 10 list. But when a place seems to know its quiche, I think a slice is worth trying.

I think ham and cheese quiche is not given the credit it deserves as an entire food group.
Think about everything that's rolled into a quiche. Besides all the fat and unhealthiness of it, it has, like, everything you need to sustain life, basically. And it tastes so good.
I don't know how to make it, and I probably never will. But I sure do know how to eat it.
As for where I'd be with a slice, I could be anywhere. I don't often remember to order quiche. It's definitely not even on my top 10 list.
But if you happen to be smart about it and notice that a store or a restaurant has quiche to offer — man, if the vibe feels right, like they know their quiche, then I think it's worth trying.
